. . . . dedicated to personal and professional achievement
Purchasing a business is a big decision. Selecting a new franchisee is an important decision as well. That’s why we take great care to ensure there is a mutual fit.
Before making a commitment, you will have ample opportunity to explore how Renaissance Executive Forums can help you achieve your personal and professional goals. Likewise, you’ll go through a qualifying process to help us determine if your values and goals meet those of the Renaissance Executive Forums.
After an initial phone conversation, you will complete assessments to help determine your compatibility in our franchise system as well as your ability to build groups. Once we have reviewed those assessments, we will set up a time to talk with you about the findings and discuss the next steps.
If we mutually agree to move forward, we’ll send you our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular and get you started on franchisee validation. The process continues with an invitation to an orientation session at our headquarters in La Jolla, California. During orientation, you’ll meet the support staff; get an overview of the business; see how we market our services; learn about initial and ongoing training and support; and get all of your questions answered.
If you are as excited about the idea as we are about you, we can proceed with the process by preparing a Franchise Agreement with your specific market area clearly defined.“After being in Corporate America for 23 years I became a franchisee. Now celebrating my second anniversary as a business owner, I feel like ‘I’ve got control of my own destiny back.’”
